Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Roughly chop pistachios without shells. (Set aside 1 Tbsp of cranberries and 1 Tbsp of pistachios for topping later.) Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted and smooth. Once melted, stir in pistachios and dried cranberries. Spread out in an even layer on your prepared baking sheet then sprinkle the reserved cranberries and pistachios on top. Refrigerate until firm then cut into desired sizes. Enjoy!
