This recipe for Baked Pears with Walnuts and Honey is sure to add loveliness to any meal. It is certain to satisfy those full tummies at holiday dinners that still somehow find room for a sweet treat, even after the main course.
Cook Time: 30 mins Serves: 4
Ingredients: 2 large ripe pears ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ cup Bella Viva Orchards Walnuts of choice, chopped 2 tsp Topanga Quality Raw, Unfiltered Honey Yogurt or frozen yogurt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut fresh pears in half and gently scoop out seeds. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Top with Bella Viva Orchards Walnuts. Drizzle each half with ½ teaspoon of Topanga Quality Raw, Unfiltered Honey. Put tray in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, serve warm and enjoy! Yields 4 servings.
