1 cup Bella Viva Orchards’ Organic Brazil Nuts, coarsely chopped and toasted 1 14.5 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons tahini 2 teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon sea salt ¾ cup water (more, if a thinner consistency is desired)
Olive oil, to drizzle Ground paprika, seeds or basil, to sprinkle Special equipment: food processor or blender
In the bowl of a food processor, place all ingredients except for toppings. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Add more water, a little at a time, if a thinner texture is desired.
